Who is responsible
aicfopartner is the trading name of The Media CFO Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17072645, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. The company is responsible for any personal data collected through aicfopartner.ai. Tim Treleaven, its director, is the person to contact about it, at tim@aicfopartner.ai. This notice explains what is collected, why, and what you can ask for.
What is collected
  • Details you type into the contact form: name, email address and your message.
  • Details you give when booking a call: name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add.
  • Emails you send to tim@aicfopartner.ai and the replies.
  • Standard technical records kept by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
Why it is used
  • To answer your enquiry and have the conversation you asked for.
  • To prepare for and follow up a call you booked.
  • To keep the site secure and working.
  • The lawful basis is legitimate interest: responding to people who get in touch and taking the steps you ask for before any engagement. Nobody is added to a mailing list and nothing is used for advertising.
Third parties and cookies
  • Webflow hosts the site and stores contact form submissions.
  • Calendly runs the booking page and stores booking details. The Calendly widget may set its own cookies, covered by Calendly's privacy notice.
  • Both providers are based in the United States and publish the safeguards they apply to data held outside the UK and EU.
  • aicfopartner.ai itself runs no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
  • Personal data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
  • Enquiries and booking details are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted.
  • Where an engagement follows, the correspondence becomes part of the client record and is kept for as long as that relationship and professional record keeping require.
Your rights
  • Ask for a copy of the personal data held about you.
  • Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
  • Object to how it is used.
  • Raise a concern with the data protection regulator where you live. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
  • Send any request to tim@aicfopartner.ai. Requests are answered within a month.
